Briana joined Colantonio after exploring a career in the nonprofit sector. With a knack for solving puzzles, she was drawn to the construction process by spending months on a Colantonio job site, appreciating how the work of the various subcontractors fit together. She has since learned how all departments function and work together to run a successful construction firm, and today she makes sure the company has the resources it needs for training and professional development, helping every team member grow in their careers.

Outside the office, Briana enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband, their dog, and their son.
