Kim has 35 years of estimating and project management experience in the academic, industrial, biopharmaceutical, hospitality, office, and retail markets. Former employers include The Richmond Group, Stateside Construction Group and F.W. Madigan Company.  She is currently managing the Fairbank Community Center Project for the Town of Sudbury. Kim says, “The best part of my job is getting the opportunity to meet so many new people on each project – owners, designers and subcontractors alike. It is enjoyable to be able to interact with so many different people.”

Kim’s favorite Colantonio project to date was the Mystic Water Works project for the Somerville Housing Authority.  “We had a great project team, and it was rewarding to repurpose a historic building for something as useful as affordable housing,” she says.
