Lawrence Broderick III, CPHB

Larry joined Colantonio in June 2021 with 30 years of construction sales, development and estimating experience, including accurate takeoffs, budgeting, contracting purchasing and invoicing.  He also has extensive knowledge of building materials, millwork, and custom kitchen and bath design.  His former employers include large commercial/residential framing and siding contractors and national millwork manufacturers.

Larry enjoys going for walks and rides with his wife and two dogs, and any time spent with his grandson. The rides are often in pursuit of fine food, although he is blessed with a wife “more talented than most professional chefs”. When time allows, you can find Larry outside working around the house, hunting, fishing, playing golf, or dreaming of playing hockey again.
