Luis Martinez

Luis joined Colantonio in July 2026 with 5 years of experience in the construction contracting industry. His background includes working with both specialty subcontractors and general contractors in project management and preconstruction roles across private-sector projects on both coasts. He has experience developing detailed estimates and subcontracts, identifying and addressing constructability concerns with design teams, and working across a variety of project delivery methods, including hard bids, GMPs, and design-build projects. His education spans vocational and university institutions, combining technical and conceptual knowledge to support the development of thorough and effective estimates.  

Outside of work, Luis enjoys working in a fabrication shop, where he spends time drafting and building woodworking, cabinetry, mechanical, and electronics projects. He also enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, and boating.
