Terry joined Colantonio in December 2025 with over 15 years of experience managing new construction and affordable housing rehabilitation projects. He has served in project management and senior leadership roles on public works, multifamily, and federal construction projects throughout the Northeast.

Prior to joining Colantonio, Terry worked at CTA Construction Managers, SLSco, and BRP Construction Group, where he managed large-scale renovation and ground-up residential projects. Terry is a PMP-certified Project Manager and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida A&M University / Florida State University.

Terry is currently working on the Dorchester Community Center as project manager. Terry treasures family outings and travel, and whenever there’s a quiet moment between adventures with his wife and daughter, he enjoys rolling up his sleeves for DIY projects around the house.
