Construction management firm Colantonio Inc. is planning a complex renovation of the entire 199-unit Golda Meir House in Newton while it remains in full operation. Twenty-two of the units will become fully accessible along with five units for the hearing impaired.

The 100-year-old former home of the Fitchburg Yarn Company sits on 7.5 acres on the banks of the Nashua River. The building's more than 280 8’ x 10’ windows will provide each unit with expansive views and plenty of natural light.
