Project Description
$40 million gut renovation of existing mixed-use retail / cinema facility and conversion into new mixed-use retail / restaurants. The overall scope also includes sitework and site improvements, utility and storm drainage work, exterior envelope rebuild (including new roof) with supporting structural elements, intermediate level structural steel, mechanical systems, exterior raised catwalk, and basic interior fit out for new tenant spaces.
