Project Description
$42 million construction of the Dorchester Community Center, a multi-story facility designed to serve as a vibrant hub for neighborhood programming and recreation. The building will include a full-size gymnasium, indoor pool, fitness room, teaching center, lab space, and dedicated senior and teen centers. The project will provide flexible community spaces that support wellness, education, and intergenerational engagement while enhancing access to modern recreational amenities for the surrounding community.
