$59 million, new six-story building providing 96-unit affordable multifamily housing development. Includes five stories of wood-frame construction over one level of steel/concrete podium. The first floor contains office space, residential lobby, 24-car parking garage, bike parking and utility rooms. The project features 3,800 SF of communal space and a central green space.
