Roof/HVAC Replacement
$21 million roof and HVAC replacement for the parking garage and headquarters of the Boston Water and Sewer Commission. Upgrades include structural improvements, replacement of 12 rooftop air handler units, 7 make-up air units, and several exhaust fans.
Roof/HVAC Replacement Phase 2
$4.2 million replacement of Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems on all occupied floors as part of the Boston Water and Sewer Commission Roof & HVAC Replacement Phase 2 project. Scope includes removal and replacement of VAV units, associated ductwork and controls upgrades, and integration with a modernized building management system. Work is being phased to maintain operations while improving energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and overall system reliability.
Garage Floor
$7.4 million garage floor rehabilitation for the Boston Water and Sewer Commission. Scope includes repair of deteriorated concrete flooring throughout the garage, including surface preparation, patching, and resealing; removal and restriping of parking stalls, directional arrows, ADA-compliant spaces, and pavement markings; and interior wall painting with application of durable protective coatings. Work is being phased to maintain uninterrupted garage access and facility operations while enhancing durability, safety, and overall appearance.
