Project Description

$11.4 million rehab of the bathhouse and construction of an addition to serve as a community room, two new pools, a spray ground, and a new support building for lifeguards and filtration equipment. The scope consisted of site demolition, utilities, and restoration of portions of the historically altered shoreline.  The project included white roofs, solar, passive cooling vents, daylighting, and restoring historic structures, meadows, and coastal wetlands.
