Project Description
Colantonio built two additions of 45,000 sf and 30,000 sf to either side of 2Life Communities’ Golda Meir House, an independent living community, that added 68 new units and renovated 10 existing units.
A reconfigured parking lot accommodates 27 additional parking spaces and provides access to a new ADA-accessible entrance to the building.
The new apartments, a mix of one and two bedrooms, are affordable to seniors with a range of incomes, with nine designated for chronically homeless individuals.
The project was built to achieve 2020 Enterprise Green Communities Criteria certification.
