Colantonio performed this comprehensive renovation of the Arthur O’Shea House, a 100-unit, high-rise affordable housing facility, while the building remained occupied.
The firm upgraded the kitchens, baths and plumbing; refurbished all common areas; replaced or repaired the windows; installed a new, energy-efficient Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) HVAC system; repaired the brick building envelope; abated hazardous materials and provided landscaping, hardscaping and paving.
