Project Description
Colantonio was the Construction Manager at Risk for the renovation and improvement to the Maple Street Athletic Fields, designed by PRA Architects and A.T. Leonard & Associates.
The project includes demolition and replacement of the synthetic turf multi-sport field; landscape and drainage improvements; replacement of existing bleacher and press box system; design and construction of concession and storage buildings; field lighting, fencing, netting scoreboards, vehicular and pedestrian access routes, permanent and temporary field equipment; and required HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
