Project Description
Colantonio is performing the phased renovation of the Atkinson Pool Building and 40,400 sf addition to the existing community center, which will remain occupied and operational during construction. The new facility is a combination structural steel and wood frame building, and will feature multi-purpose meeting rooms, gymnasium, pool, locker room with shower, fitness room, arts and crafts and games rooms, offices, and the school system’s MDF communication hub room.
The scope includes parking lots, drainage, basketball courts, utility relocations, and sprinkler systems.
